Gracebound Shipping Policy

At Gracebound, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Shipping times vary depending on whether your items are pre-made or pre-ordered.

Pre-Made Orders

• Orders for items that are in stock are typically processed and shipped within 3–4 business days after your order is confirmed.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Pre-Orders

• Items marked as pre-order are not yet in stock and require additional time for production.

• Pre-order items typically ship within 3–5 weeks from the date of purchase.

• You will receive updates if your pre-order is delayed, along with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Notes

• Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

• Gracebound is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package leaves our facility.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout to avoid delays.
