At Gracebound, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We allow returns only if the item is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must:
• Be clearly defective, damaged, or incorrect
• Be in the same condition you received it
• Be unworn and unused
• Have tags attached
• Be in its original packaging
• Include proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation)
⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item:

2. Provide:
• Photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
• Proof of purchase
Once approved, we will send:
• Instructions on how and where to return the item
• A return shipping label (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Shipping for Returns
• Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Gracebound covers all return shipping costs.
• Other returns allowed by law (e.g., EU 14-day cooling-off): The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care goods
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, you must:
1. Request a return (if eligible)
2. Place a new order separately
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the EU, the law allows a 14-day cancellation or return period.
Items must still be:
• Unworn and unused
• With tags
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Anti-Abuse Reminder
Gracebound reserves the right to refuse returns if:
• The item is worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
• Return requests are fraudulent or abusive
• Return deadlines are exceeded
